TeloMe Technologies

In order to bring affordable and state-of-the-art telomere testing to everyone, TeloMe has developed new technologies in both saliva collection and telomere analysis. We have developed our own saliva collection chemistries, kits, and methods that work together with our analysis technologies. TeloMe's saliva collection chemistry and kits have been used to collect the vast majority of the thousands of samples assembled by Harvard Medical School's Personal Genome Project.

TeloMe also has developed proprietary telomere analysis technologies for high levels of reproducibility. Our technologies are based on the most time-tested, gold-standard method called the TRF. This standard method still provides unequaled reproducibility, and TeloMe scientists have devised multiple improvements while retaining key features of this standard technology.
